Services Offered

We provide:

  • One-on-one and group coaching sessions for marriage, pre-marriage, and individuals.
  • Specialized programs, such as Built to Last:Ā Pre-Marriage, The First Year, and Mid-Life Marriage Coaching.
  • Access to assessments including SYMBIS and Prepare & Enrich.
  • Digital resources and tools (e.g., worksheets, exercises, and guides).

Session Format

  • All coaching sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom.
  • Free Connection Calls are available to discuss coaching options.

Client Responsibilities

To make the most of coaching:

  • Attend all scheduled sessions on time.
  • Actively participate and complete any recommended exercises or assessments.
  • Provide 24-hour notice for session cancellations or rescheduling.

4. Payment Terms

Payment Details

  • Payment is required in full upon checkout unless otherwise specified.
  • All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hoursā€™ notice.
  • Missed sessions without proper notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.

5. Confidentiality

Privacy of Information

  • All personal information and discussions during coaching sessions are confidential.
  • Exceptions to confidentiality include legal obligations to report harm, abuse, or threats to safety.

Use of Assessments

  • Results from SYMBIS and Prepare & Enrich assessments will remain private and used solely for coaching purposes.

6. No Guarantees

  • Results from coaching services may vary based on individual effort, participation, and circumstances.
  • Built to Last Marriages makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.

7. Limitations of Coaching

  • Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, medical advice, or legal guidance.
  • Coaches are not licensed therapists or legal advisors.

8. Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate the coaching agreement at any time with written notice.
  • No refunds will be issued for services already rendered or for incomplete programs.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Built to Last Marriages, including assessments, exercises, and guides, are proprietary. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written consent.

10. Liability Limitation

Built to Last Marriages is not liable for any actions, decisions, or results stemming from coaching sessions, materials, or resources.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Nevada, USA.

12. Age Restriction

Built to Last Marriages coaching services are only available to individuals aged 18 or older.

13. Third-Party Services

We utilize third-party platforms, including:

  • Kajabi for email communications and client management.
  • Stripe for payment processing.
  • SYMBIS and Prepare & Enrich for assessments.

Built to Last Marriages is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of significant updates via email or website notifications.

By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
